50 littleneck clams
10 slices of bacon (partially cooked)
Cracker meal
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Place half-shelled clams in large baking tray.
Top clams lightly with cracker meal. Add one or two drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with bacon and bake at 400° for
6-8 minutes. Serve hot!
