Dr. Peirson joined Ballard Fish and Oyster Company in 1983. He holds a Ph.D. in Marine Biology from North Carolina State University. Building on the pioneering work of the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, Dr. Peirson has developed a hatchery program that assures the consistent quality of Cherrystone Aqua-Farms.

Don brings more than 25 years of combined experience in sales and management in the seafood and broad line food services industry to Cherrystone. He focuses primarily on delivering increased shellfish production to national and international markets.

Ron has been with Cherrystone Aqua-Farms for more than 20 years and holds a BS in Accounting from Goldey Beacom College. He is both in sales and a co-op grower for the company. Ron is responsible for all aspects of Cherrystone's service, quality control and product delivery.
